A dramatic incident unfolded on an Air Peace flight from London to Lagos, as three passengers were taken into custody by security operatives at Murtala Muhammed International Airport. The trio, identified as Adedigba, Ashibogu, and Iwonze, were accused of engaging in disruptive behavior that compromised the safety of the flight, passengers, and crew.

According to reports, the trouble began when Adedigba and Ashibogu, who were originally seated in Economy Class, illegally occupied Business Class seats and refused to return to their assigned seats despite multiple directives from the crew. The situation escalated when the two individuals forced their way into Business Class without authorization, creating a tense atmosphere onboard.

To make matters worse, the pair openly consumed a bottle of rum they had brought onboard, with Iwonze joining in and displaying further disruptive behavior. The actions of the three passengers raised serious safety concerns, prompting the captain to leave the cockpit to assess the situation personally.

In response to the incident, Air Peace reiterated its commitment to passenger safety and adherence to global aviation standards. The airline emphasized that disruptive behavior would not be tolerated and assured the public of its continued efforts to uphold security and order on all flights.

The airline also commended its crew for their professionalism in handling the incident and preventing escalation. Authorities are currently investigating the matter, with legal action expected to follow.
