US authorities have detained more than 100 undocumented migrants during a raid on an underground nightclub in Colorado Springs, marking a major enforcement move in President Donald Trump’s ongoing immigration crackdown.

According to a post by Attorney General Pam Bondi on X (formerly Twitter), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) led the operation, which targeted a venue frequented by members of the Tren de Aragua and MS-13 gangs—both designated as terrorist organizations by the Trump administration.

Footage shared by the DEA showed heavily armed agents breaking into the club and ordering patrons to surrender. Authorities confirmed that drugs and weapons were seized during the raid.

DEA Special Agent Jonathan Pullen revealed that some U.S. military personnel were also found at the club, either as patrons or working as armed security.

President Trump praised the operation on his Truth Social platform, calling the suspects “some of the worst people illegally in our Country — Drug Dealers, Murderers, and other Violent Criminals.”

This development comes amid broader criticism from human rights organizations and Democratic lawmakers, who argue that Trump’s aggressive deportation policies violate constitutional rights. Reports last week also alleged the wrongful deportation of American children, including one battling cancer, and the controversial expulsion of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a legally protected immigrant from Maryland.

While the administration admitted Abrego Garcia’s removal was an “administrative error,” Trump has since claimed he is affiliated with a gang, despite a Supreme Court ruling ordering his return.
